MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion vas made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a 3' variance from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the construction
of a 24' by 24' garage 7' from the side lot line with the condition that the garage will
be at least 5' from the drain field. Hardship being the terrain and topography of the
applicant's property.
