From what we understand she has the option of applying for a varience to the County ordinance which prohibites multiple dwellings on one description or she could split the property and apply for a variance to the ordanance concerning non standard lots. We have no objection to either scenario but would require that she produce a valid easment across the property that divides her parcel so as to avoid any future problems.
