Motion: A motion by Estes, second by Lachowitzer to approve as requested, provided:
1. The Wetland Conservation Act Permits are obtained. 2. An Engineer supervises the
project. 3. The September 1st earthmoving deadline may be extended to January 1,
2002, however the April 15th spring date must be followed . Voting : All members in favor.
Geralyn Lyseng -Tabled To A Date No Later Than June 1, 2002:
A Preliminary Plat of "West Otter Shores" consisting of 5 Lots, 2 Blocks (the 5 lots would
be combined into 3 single family residential lots). The property is described as Pt of GL 5
in Section 31 of Candor Township; Otter Lake (56-577), NE.
Geralyn Lyseng and Bonnie Weaklend represented the Application.
Motion: A motion by Trites, second by Lachowitzer to table (at the Applicant's request)
to a date no later than the June ~(2002), to allow the Applicant to: 1. Provide a new
survey map showing the contour lines, the bluffs (if applicable) and the building sites. 2.

satisfaction of the letter from the County Auditor's Office. Voting: All members in favor.

Leaf Lake Partnership/John L Ness -Approved With A Condition:
A Conditional Use Permit Application to expand our dwelling from 26' wide to 40' wide
and from 21 ' deep to 30'. No new footings would be within the shore impact zone. We
also request to add a second story. We have been granted a variance for this project,
July 5, 2001 . The property is described as Pt GL 2, Section 23 of Leaf Lake Township;
East Leaf Lake (56-116), RD .

presented, allowing the project to operate year around, provided:
1. The area is restored back to farmland no later than January 1,
2000. 2. The hours of operation do not exceed 7:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M.
