Edtvin Osowski, East Grand Porks, MN, Requested permission to place a 12' x 50'
mobile home on Lot 1, Block 5, Lida Shores, Lida Township, with five foot variance
on each sidelot line.After discussion, motion was made by David Trites,' seconded
by John Everts and carried, with Tom Stt'inger and Craig Anderson abstaining, to
deny approval.
Stephen Hofland, New York Mills, MN, requested permission to record a conveyance by
metes and bounds description, of 5.1 acres without a registered•land surveyor's 9 «
drawing, out of SW^cSWIl, of Section 4-137-37.After considerable discussion, motion
was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, to table decision
9 .until the next meeting and request that Mr. Hofland further investigate the possi
bility of surveying.
Stephen Doll, Perham, MN, requested permission to purchase apprq'ximately 60 acres
of Section 14, Rush Lake Township, with the original owner retaining■approximately
1'5 acres as his living site, without meeting platting requirements., 'After dis
cussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried,
to approve, hardship being indjfvidual wishing to sell farm land but retain homestead
for his place of living.
With no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at
8:10 p.m..
