The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 4' from the 18' maximum height requirement of a non-dwelling structure for the construction of a 42' by 56' pole storage building having 14' sidewalls and an overall height of 22'. It was noted by the applicant that the structure was intended for farm usage. Clarice M. Lacey - Denied .1Clarice M. Until he received your letter the other day, he had no idea there was a 1 foot variance in height. This was done and completed in September, Once again, this building is on the farm, not on My dad is 85 years old and cares for my invalid mother, who is 87.He is unable to attend a hearing regarding this.
