After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate practical difficulties/hardships had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested, the applicant can obtain a reasonable use of his property without the granting of the variance as requested, the variance as requested is a substantial variation from the requirements of the ordinance that would substantially change the character of the neighborhood and based upon the information available at the hearing it would appear that there is a legal location for the placement of the structure.
