S. Fish and Wild­ life Service, dated May 23, 1962, certification by the County Board of Comtassioners for acquisition of lands by the U. S. Fish and Wild­ life Service is requested, and WHEREAS, representatives of the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service met with the County Board on July 23, 1986 and informed said Board that a waterfowl easement had been secured frctn Mr. and Mrs. James E. John­ son on the following described property: NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Board has considerdd the aforementioned acquisition by the U. S. Dead Lake, No, 56-383, NE, in Section 34 of Star Lake Township as presented provided that no fill is placed within 8 inches of the top of the ice ridge and that the ice ridge is not disturbed.
