PROPOSED USE OF LAND:
Grade and fill with approximately 1000 cu. yds. to raise lot elevation
an additional two feet. Actual home site will be raised even higher to
allow for proper drainage. Fill will begin about 50 feet North from
Lake's edge and will come from area 800' North of Lot as done previously
with finished Lot F. A new road built to county specifications would
continue on and be located at West end of St. Lawrence Beach Road
as before.

application of Ed Lenius, dated June 2, 1982 on Little McDonald Lake,
No. 56-328, GD, Sec. 2 of Edna Twp.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Sullivan, second by Schwartz to deny the special use
application of Leonard Lund, dated June 3, 1982 on Lake Anna, No. 56-448,
NE, Sec. 9 of Sverdrup Twp. as it is not a compatible use with the
surrounding residential area per Sec. VI 3. g. (8) of the Shoreland
Management Ordinance. Marvin Carter and Dr. David Wass spoke to the
Commission.
