After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a 9' setback from the road right-of way instead of the required 20' setback. Hardship being a substandard lot of record and the granting of this variance will allow the applicant to enjoy the same rights and privileges of others in this area. After consideration , motion was made_by Cecil Femling, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of the addition 30' from the shoreline by granting a 45' variance. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
