Thomas V and Jane E Griep - Approved the variance as requested with conditions. (6:45 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to approve a variance to subdivide, by metes and bounds description, a one acre nonresidential use parcel from an
existing 24.25 acre tract for permanent attachment to Lot 9, Solar Shores with the following conditions: 1.) a
registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance, and 2.) the area in this one acre parcel
(Parcel E) cannot be used when determining impervious surface coverage for front lot development.
