(6:30 p.m.) After consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, seconded by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to split the existing property of Kurtz Family Campground into three separate parcels, as described in the variance application and as depicted on the drawing, which was submitted with the variance application with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided and with the condition that Parcel A can only have one dwelling unit. The variance application describes Parcel C as becoming an extension of the property owned by the ^ permanently attached to the property to the west. If the owners of the property to the west desire to reconfigure this parcel and/or their other property than either, a variance application would need to be submitted or the property would have to be platted.
