Dear Mr. Weirtier:
This is to inform you that at the July 17, 1974 nieeting of the
Planning Commission a motion was passed to approve your special
use permit to slope an area i>out 20 feet wide for a walkway to
the lake but to deny cutting off top of hill, an area 3O’ x 30'.
Your variance application was approved for 60 foot setback from
the lake. A motion was also passed to approve minimum grading
with approval of Sho'reland Management office arid Jack Eifert
for the cutting on top of the hill.
