The motion was seconded by Calvin Johanson and G.L. 5, Section 23, Lida Township Willis Bohlken,build 26 X 44' home with well and holding tank on 105 x 91' tract in G.L. 5, Section 4 of Everts Township.Motion was made by Craig Anderson to defer consideration until opinions from tl\e Land 6 Resource Management office and the County Engineer can be received. Motion was made by Calvin Johanson, seconded by George Walter and carried, to grant variance as requested. Fougner,remove outhouse and rundown storage shed and build new 10 x 12 shed 2' from lot line. Lots 10 ^ 11, Peacli's Beach, Star Lake Township.Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Richard Portmann and carried, to grant variance to 10' from property line, no closer to lake than storage.shed on the west.
