A motion by Sullivan, second by Lacbovitzer to approve the
conditional use application of Dale Anderson, dated March 29, 1985
in part of GL 1 on Marion Lake, No. 56-243, GD, Sec. 7 of Rush Lake
Twp. Approve to continue operation of waterbed factory and gun
repair shop and Co test fire only between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
Withdrew request to construct building for sale of bait, fishing
tackle, soda pop, candy & 3.2 beer. Walter Klien also spoke to the
Commission.

A motion by Trices, second by Femling to allow fill necessary to
construct a road and authorize a controlled access on the
conditional use application of Ottertail Rod and Gun Club, dated
April 2, 1985 on Lots 35 & 36, Blk 1 of Echo Ranch Riviera, 7th
Addn. on the Otter Tail River, 56-OTR, RS, Sec. 4 of Otter Tail Twp.
Roger Neels represented the Otter Tail Rod & Gun Club. Johanna Love
also spoke to the Commission.

Point Resort on Lida Lake, No. 56-747, GD, Sec. 5 of Maplewood Twp.
Approve as applied for to tear out old railroad ties up to the OHWM
and replace with cement if also approved by the DNR.

final plat to show utility easements and slope all drainage to south
when building road. Gordon Cline represented the owner.
