Reserves A-B-C-D of Haggstrcm's Beach, Maine Tcwnship.

called Tract 2, in G.L. #3, Section 6, Rush Lake TownsMp. AFter consideration,
motion was made by Sernas Stringer to approve, subject to providing a surveyor's
drawing, and also subject to neither of the two parcels after the division to be
less than 1.24 acres in size. Hie motion was seconded by George Walter with the
amendnent the parcels be divided in such a way as to have access to public road.

Carlyle H. Kippen, Fargo, MJ, requested permission to build a 24' x 32' boathouse
and storage building 20 feet frem shoreline, on Lot 3, Block 1, Freedctn Flyer
Estates, Hcbart Tewnship. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts,
seconded by George Walter and carried, to deny approval, no adequate hardship
shown, no other boathouses in the area and granting this would establish a precedent.
Chester W. Habberstad, Underwood, MN, requested permission to oonstruct a dwelling
possibly 150 feet from the shoreline on a tract called K s J, in G.L. 4 and 5,
Section 16, Sverdrup Township. After consideration, notion was nyiHp by John
Everts, seconded by Craig Anderscxi and carried, to deny, no suitable hardship shovn
with adequate space available bo conply with the ordinance.

Donald E. Nelson, et al, Clarissa, MN, requested permission to split a parcel called
Tract "C" in G.L. 2 of Section 26, Girard Township into two parcels of 1.25
each. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Hones
Stringer and carried, to approve with suitable surveyor's drawings, division would
meet all subdivision controls and shoreline raanaganent requirements for building
