March 7, 1979 Members present were; Beck, Portmann, Trites, Estes, Ryan, Jacobson, Lindquist and Lee. Roger Oldenkamp also present. Passed:A motion by Estes, second by Jacobson to approve the minutes of the February 7, 1979 as mailed. Voting: All members in favor. Joe Merz, Maine Twp. spoke with the Planning Commission regarding a bridge scheduled for replacement in Sec. 30 of Maine Twp. called the Waterstreet Bridge. No formal action was taken. Passed:A motion by Estes, second by Lindquist to approve the special use application of Dennis Westly, dated February 6, 1979 on Marion Lake, No. 56-243, GD, Sec. 6 of Rush Lake Twp. subject to sodding and stabilization within 30 days of completion of excavation.
