A Conditional Use Application to relocate approximately 500 - 700 cubic
yards of soil to provide a building site. Dead Lake (56-383) NE, Adams
Addition Lot 1 Blk 1, Section 26, Dead Lake Township. James & Sarah Johnson
represented the Application.
Jerry Benjamin addressed concerns with soil erosion into the lake.
A motion by Schwartz, second by Johnson to allow the applicant to pull soil
back to the North - all drainage toward back of lot. Must install and stake
bale checks in ravine (East to West) at the West end to prevent soil
erosion.
