Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown and it was noted that adequate area does exist for development
purposes that would provide the applicants with a reasonable use of their property without the need of a variance from
the requirements of the ordinance.
