After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried,
to declare Lot 3 Block 1 Heikes Addition a buildable lot for non-residential storage building. It was noted that the
variance as approved will provide the applicant with the opportunity to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others
in the immediate area.
