MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was matte by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
that would allow the applicant to convey a part of Lot 4, described as starting at the Southwest corner of Lot 4
and heading easterly 35’ and lying westerly of the current access road to the dwelling that is located on Lot 4,
to the owner of Lot 3 with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing will be provided at the time of
recording.
