PERMISSICfN IS REQUESTED PCR THE FOLLOWING:May 16, 1975
A).Filling on Lots 2,3, and 4, of Block 1, Colman Addition, Jewett Lake, Ottertail CkWty, a strip 30-40 feet wide adjacent to and
east of the shoreline ridge of these lots, to a depth of 6 feet
or less next to the ridge and 4 feet on the eastern edge of this
ridge.
Filling in an adjacent additional 20 foot wide strip to a depth
of 1 foot.
B).
C).Widening by 6 feet or less the access roads frcm the dedicated
road.
D)Coordinating landscaping with that proposed by Norman Bradow on
Lot 1, Block 1, of Colman addition as well as with that filling
finished by Alvi Borgen in 1974 on the north side of said Lot 1.
Placing black dirt over all fill and planting grass and trees.
Obtaining all fill from the nearby hillside, replacing black
dirt over the borrow area and seeding into grasses.
