' After consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve
a variance of 45’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a second story addition to an existing
dwelling located 55’ from the ordinary high water level. The granting of this variance will not obstruct the view from the
adjacent properties andj/yil change the footprint of the original structure.
