After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Steve Schiererand unanimously carried, to approve
the variance as described in the variance application dated July 14, 2009 and as depicted in the drawing submitted with the
variance application. It was noted that there is no other location available for the placement of the proposed drain field.
