We would like to replace our cun-ent pole bam shed with a garage. The replacement garage would actually be 32 square feet smaller than the existing shed and would be moved 17' further from the lake and existing drain field. Total impervious surface would be reduced from the total 29.7% to 28%. Building impervious surface would be at 17.1%, which is less than the maximum allowable of 20%. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested.
