Explain your request:
The undersigned requests permission to construct a 26' x 40' storage/garage
building 3' fromthe East property line and 10' from the township right-of-
way.
In order to comply with Shoreland Management Ordinances, it was necessary to
build an aboTe-ground drain field tunning in a North-South direction; thus
precluding setting the proposed building in an East-West direction.
The Township road involved is a deadend road used only for servicing of the
12 lots located in North Shore Park,Approval of the variance requested was
granted By the Elizabeth Town ship and is attached,
Mr, (X Mrs, Dave Jonnson, the neighbor adjacent to the property line involved
is agreeable to,placement of the building 3' from the property line. His
letter of approval is also attached.
Detailed map of property involved also ajrtached.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required
by the township for my proposed project.
