October 7, 2004 Meeting - As requested by the Board at the September 9, 2004 meeting the applicant submit a plan
prepared by a certified installer. After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by
Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of two 1500-gallon holding tanks 2’ from the
garage with the condition that all other setback requirements are met. Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s
property.
