MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2’
from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the construction of a 10’ by 38’ addition to an existing structure located
10' from the side lot line at the lake side and approximately 8’ from the side lot line at the road side. Hardship is very
bias property lines.
