Motion
Bruce Vistad - Approved with condition.
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve the variance
as requested with the condition that no more than 25% of the applicant’s total lot area can be covered with
impervious surfaces. It was noted that Elizabeth Township has approved of the applicant’s request. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record and there is no other available space for the system.

As 1 promised during our November 18, 1999 visit, the Variance Application
for your latest septic system addition is enclosed along with a copy of the Board of
Adjustment Schedule for 2000.
The completed Variance Application will need to come from you with a letter
of endorsement/concurrence from the township. The Variance should request
approval for a part., of your septic system to be up to 5’ inside the township road
right-of-way.
