Motion
Steven G. and Lynn M. Sebek - Approved
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 63’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 10’ by 30' addition 37’ from the ordinary high water
level with the condition that the proposed development must not cover more than 25% of the total lot area with
impervious surfaces. It was noted that the proposed addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the
existing structure and is within the string line. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
