I have had this EEL since 1988 when I opened my eun repair business. For an EEL you are checked out by the ATE (the issuing aeent), local law enforcement and must comply with any local zoning ordiances, which is why I need the C.U.P. to change the address on my license. I am not working full time as a gunsmith now, but would like to retain my license as they are expensive and hard to get. I may in the future want to gunsmithing full time. I have 2 garases on my lot and would like to licer one as my shop location. This building has 2 parking spaces in the driveway area. If I do conduct business, it would be as a contract gunsmith, meaning no sign, no business hours for the public. I would pickup work at contract businesses, take it back to my shop and return to the business. This would limit or eliminate traffic coming in and out for repair work therefore minimize impact on my neighbors I UNDERSTAND THAT APPROVAL OF THIS REQUEST APPLIES ONLY TO THE USE OF THE LAND. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT OTHER PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT LAND & RESOUR EMENT REGARDING THIS MATTER.
