I believe it is close, as the driveway goes more north-south than the lot lines. Extending the west line of lot 12 to the road would cut across my driveway, and would not be a logical way to do it. I think this line makes more sense, probably 25 feet west of the driveway. There is a slight curve in the driveway, but would make the dividing line straight. I would prefer to know whether a variance is required or not when I approach my neighbor with a proposal. He has asked several times about this, again last night. I do not want to deed him the property only to find out we needed a variance. We would need a surveyor's drawing, and accurate description for the line. Thanks.
