The proposed variance is nessary for the following reasons:

rarely traveled due to the newer dedicated road built in the 1970's.
The shed is 38 feet from the edge of that newer road,
shed poses no hazard to any traffic.
Therefore the
The only other possible sight
is scheduled to receive a sealed septic holding tank in conjunction
I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHORELAND

Motion
Allen Eckley Trust - Approved
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann to deny the variance as requested as no adequate
hardship had been shown and adequate space for the proposed shed does exist between the house and the garage.
The motion failed with Cecil Femling, Frank Lachowitzer, and George Walter voting no. After additional consideration
and discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously carried, to
approve the placement of an 8’ by 12’ shed up against the existing garage extending 8’ towards the road right-of-way
and being at least 10’ from the side lot line.
