The motion failed with Cecil Femling, Frank Lachowitzer, and George Walter voting no. After additional consideration and discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of an 8’ by 12’ shed up against the existing garage extending 8’ towards the road right-of-way and being at least 10’ from the side lot line.
