MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of
a 24’ by 30’ garage approximately 8’ from the property line on the north side of the proposed garage and to waive the
required 20’ road right-of-way setback with the condition that the applicant receives written township approval varying
the road right-of-way setback. It was noted that the variance is from a road that is no longer in use and that the
properties in this immediate area are serviced by another road.
