All in lot 15. And hidden by a large flowering crab tree. We would also like to construct an 8' by 12' W.O.A.S. on lot 16 which would be 35 feet from the water and hidden by four existing trees, and three feet from the lot line. We would like a completion date of June, 1993. A map of the area in question is included with this application. ' Request a variance to relocate an existing 8' by 16' water oriented accessory structure 40’ from the ordinary high water level and 2' from the side lot line on Lot 15 and a variance to construct an 8' by 12' water oriented accessory structure on Lot 16 which would be 3' from the side lot line and 35' from the ordinary high water level. The required setbacks for water oriented accessory structures on this lake would be 20' from the ordinary high water level and 65' from the side lot lines. In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans, information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
