Motion
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the
subdivision of Parcel D, as depicted on the applicant’s drawing, for the purpose of permanently attaching a portion of
Parcel D to Parcel A as depicted on the applicant’s drawing with the condition that the balance of Parcel D is to be
considered non-buildable for residential dwelling structures. The granting of th|s variance request will provide Parcel
with ownership of the property where the septic system that serves Parcel A is currently located.
