Motion
Glen H and Shelley Tollefson - Approved the variance request as modified with conditions (7:50 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Michael Conlon made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Steve
Schierer voting no, to approve the placement of a two story dwelling no closer to the ordinary high water level than the
general building line noted in red and circled in yellow on the applicants’ drawing dated September 15, 2005 with the
following conditions: 1.) the proposed structure must be placed at least 10’ from the lot lines and 2.) no more than
25% of the total lot area can be covered with imperious surfaces. It should be noted that the variance as approved
does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances. The size of the structure as depicted on the applicants’
drawing is authorized as lon^ as the structure is placed in compliance with the approved variance and as long as it
does not infringe on any other setback requirement.
