Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Mart Steuart and carried with Leona Zimmerman voting no, to grant
the applicant permission to fill-in the corner of the existing cabin so long as no part of the proposed addition is any
closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure. It should be noted that the chimney is not to be
considered as part of the existing structure when determining the depth of the proposed addition.
