Ronald Buelow - Denied the variance as requested. (7:20 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance as requested as no adequate hardship/practical difficulty had been shown that would allow for the granting of the
variance as requested as the applicant as adequate room at the required setback for development and can obtain a reasonable
use of his property without the granting of the variance as requested. It was also noted that the applicant currently has a non
conforming situation because there are three living units on the applicant’s property.
