Their intention is to have the home for themselves as a retirement home and give the cottage to their children. The survey shows Parcel A contains 18,800 sq. ft, short 1,200 sq. ft of the required 20,000 sq. ft. The appeal is based on the information from the previous survey of 1972 by Oslund. At the time, the property contained 40,065 sq. ft. When the Newmans offered their property for sale, they assumed they had the required square foot­ age to sell either the home on 100 ft. of lakeshore or the cabin on 100 ft. of 1akeshore. They have offered the property for sale through our office for a period of over 3 years. This is the first offer Newmans have received on their property. The distance from town, price, and township road have limited the prospects for this property. The water is high this year and is the apparent reason for the loss of square footage. The buyer is prepared to give easements as required for drainfield, etc. as needed to either parcel. Enclosed are: survey by Anderson Land Survey, Oslund Survey, permits obtained when the home was built and a letter sent to the Elizabeth Town Board.
