MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve, as
non-buildable lots for residential dwellings, the subdivisions as presented on the applicant’s registered
surveyor’s drawing with the condition that the proposed tracts must be permanently attached to lake lots and
with the condition that all of the proposed tracts must be conveyed at the sam^time.
