Motion
Glen Rustand - Approved enclosure of existing cement slab. Denied enclosure of the existing deck.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested for the enclosure of the existing deck and to approve a variance of 1 ’ from the required side lot line setback
of 10’ for the enclosure of the existing cement slab, which is located 9’ from the lot line. Denying the deck enclosure is
consistent with prior actions of this board.
