Need 37’ variance. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Carl Zick and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested, the proposed development area has very fragile terrain features and the only identified hardship is self imposed. Denny and Kelly Bosek- Denied. (8:25 p.m.) Denny and Kelly Bosek, part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 6 of Tordenskjold Township, requested a variance of 40’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the placement of a shed 160’ from the ordinary high water level. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested and noting that the applicants have substantial room to place the proposed structure in a complying location. Gary and Kim Kamrowski - Tabled. (8:35 p.m.) Gary and Kim Kamrowski, part of Government Lot 3, Section 24 of Elizabeth Township by Jewett Lake, requested the following: a variance of 19’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of an 8’ by 16’ addition on existing deck, with storm shelter under the new addition, being approximately 56’ from the ordinary high water level. Current impervious surface coverage is approximately 29%. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested.
