Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 5’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of approximately 2’ 6” from
the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the enclosure of an existing roof area approximately 70’ from the ordinary
high water level and approximately 7’ 6” from the side lot line noting that the roof and supports are already there and
noting that the enclosed area will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record.
