It is my request that the fill that has been approved in our conditional use permit at The
Jewett Lake Resort be taken from our property. I over looked this at the time of our
request.
The area that I would like to remove the fill from is indicated on the attached map as
campsite 7. This area is a knoll that once removed would be level with the surrounding
area. Like the conditions set in the fill area known as The Old Camp Ground we would
seed this area once the fill has been removed. Again dependent on this falls weather, if
needed we would prevent erosion by one of the following means.
iff- 4.
1) Anchoring straw with a disc.
2) Hydro seeding.
3) Use of anti-erosion matt.
4) Use of a silt fence.
I apologize for this request after receiving our approval. My attention was focused at the
area of construction and I honestly never gave a thought about fill coming from this area
being a concern.

2. Entire area shall be stabilized within 10 days of tne completion of any earthmoving. '
3. Owner is legally responsible for all surface water drainage that may occur.
4. No fill shall enter or be taken from the beds of a public water without a valid permit from the State of Minnesota Department of
Natural Resources.
5. If the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecution.
6. This card shall be placed in a conspicuous place not more than 4 feet above grade on the premises on which work is to be done,
and shall be maintained there until completion of such work.
