Motion
. James Drechsel - Denied as requested.
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown that would allow for the granting of a variance from the
requirements of platting. It should be noted that the Board supported the applicant’s concept, but were of the opinion
that the proposed subdivision should be accomplish through platting rather than by a metes and bounds subdivision.

Commencing at the iron monument marking the southeast comer of Lot 3, Jewett Lake Sputhside
Shores; thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East, along the southerly extension of the
east line of said Lot 3, a distance of 67.79 feet to a point on the south right of way line of the
dedicated road lying south of and adjacent to said Jewett Lake Southside Shores, and to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 00 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East a
distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 72 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of
105. lOTeet; thence North 00 degrees 24 mihutes 00 seconds West, along the southerly extension
of the west line of said Lot 3, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point on the said south right of way
line of the dedicated road; thence South 71 degrees 08 minutes 04 seconds East, on and along the
said south right of \vay line of the dedicated road, a distance of68.93 feet to a point of curve;
thence continuing along the said south right of way line of the dedicated road along a 264.09 ft.
