Jerald and Marlys Lemke - Approved the variance application as modified with conditions. (6:40 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve
the placement of the proposed 24’ by 24' garage at least 46’ from the ordinary high water level with the following conditions: 1.)
no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces and 2.) as stated by the applicant the
existing storage shed located on the north-end of the property must be removed.
