After consideration and discussion, Douglas Larson made a motion seconded by Michael Donoho and unanimously
carried to approve the variance request to construct/locate a dwelling on the property being 7.5 feet from both
property lines and 52 feet from the ordinary high-water level. This decision is also based on the Findings of Fact and
Decision Form, which contains the criteria reviewed and the Board’s finding have been attached to and incorporated
official part of the minutes which have been placed on file with the Land & Resource Management

Requested Variance: We have the opportunity to obtain a rambler style home and would like to move it to our lake lot.
The home is 52ft. wide, our lot at this point is 67ft. We are requesting a variance of 2.5ft from the normal 10 ft on either
side of the house to allow placement on our lot.

A variance may be granted only where the strict enforcement of county iand use controls will result in a "practical difficulty". A
determination that a practicai difficulty exists is based upon consideration of the folio wing criteria:
The applicant identified the following practical difficulty: The structure is an existing structure being moved on to the property being
52' wide and at the point where the structure will be located is 67' wide therefore can not meet the lot line setbacks.
