Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance request of 8' from the required road right-of-way setback of 20'. Applicant would
be allowed to build up to the 20’ setback, but not Into the setback area, Other garages In the area
meet the 20' road right-of-way setback. The granting of this variance would establish a
precedent.
