Don R. Stenstrom - Approved with conditions.
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Mark Steuart and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision of
an approximately 20, 977 square foot parcel from an existing 51.13-acre parcel with the following conditions:
1. that the area contained within this tract cannot be used when determining the 25% impervious surface rule for
front lot development,
2. that the 20.977 square foot parcel must b.e permanently attached to the lake lot owned by Steve Lorshbough, and
3. a registered surveyor's drawing must be provided at the time of recording.
