MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
28’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of an 18’ by 28’ addition to an
existing basement 72’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the
ordinary high water level than the existing structure, that the addition will not obstruct the view of the adjacent
properties and no precedence will be establish by granting this request.
